The Environmental Commissioner of Ontario will release his 2011 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Report, Meeting Responsibilities: Creating Opportunities. This third GHG report focuses on Ontario’s progress in meeting its GHG targets and makes recommendations for improvements.
